On Thursday, May 10, 2018, Central PA Winery & Brewery Tours will be hosting the Safe Harbour Benefit at the Carlisle Vault. Safe Harbour, a not-for-profit organization, helps the homeless of Cumberland County by providing housing services including an emergency shelter for families and single women desperately in need of a secure place to stay. The organization strives to help homeless individuals increase their basic life skills in hopes of achieving independent living. In order to qualify for Safe Harbour’s housing assistance, Cumberland County residents must have incomes at or below 50 percent of the area’s median income.
